trailor MRI

So.. Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time when I was in 9th grade I thought I was pretty cool, which I was. And one of my friends dared me to kick the other in the butt (excuse the language) with both of my legs at the same time. Oh, let me tell you! I nailed it! I nailed it so perfectly that when I landed I ended up hyper-extending my knee.
You may say, Kjarinda. You are dumb.
And I accept that statement and agree with you. Although, it was a life changing moment. From then on I learned to laugh at embarrassing and stupid things I may do. I've learned that awkwardness is here to be embraced (right Madeline?) And to just be who I am, no matter the dumb choices I may make in life. At least I can provide comic relief for some. haha.

But getting back to the story..Ever since that moment in time, my knee hasn't been the same. In fact, it's been a little off. Due to that incident I was never able to grow out of the osgoodshaluters. If you don't know what it is, look it up. --I'm giving you this chance to learn, take advantage of it. So since my body has hated me cause I decided to break my growth plate and not grow anymore..it has created some complications. Pateller Tendinitis...Torn Medial Meniscus.. It's really fun.

So Friday I had an MRI at the specialty hospital..which was in a mobile..as in a potential moving machine. That was the weirdest experience of my life.. and I would elaborate more but I think your imagination would work best with the situation.

On a brighter note: I have the best friends ever. They are wonderful and some are great rangers. I sincerely do love each and every one of them very much. I've thought a lot about peers and their influence in life. It's crazy to think where I would be if I hadn't been friends with the people I was since I was little. I've learned and matured through them. They all truly hold a special place in my heart--always.
