Just because you're the president, doesn't mean you can cancel American Idol...

Once again, Leona has been so kind as to inform me my blog skills are slacking. I'm here to prove her wrong.
Today is dear Sade Jane's birthday. She's 19 but defiantly act like a 3 year old. (Sorry Brandon) :) She has been with her dear mother most of the day and at this moment in time, she is up boarding the Beav. Beaver mountain that is. It is our ward Ski and Snowboard night at Beaver and I'm quite jealous that she is up there. Oh well. I'm over it. Bless her heart

Sian just got quite mad at Leona, just three seconds ago. And I laughed quite humorously. It was grand. Anyways. Sian is the best. The best at singing songs about One Tree Hill, the best at singing Beyonce, the best looking. She's practically perfect.

Ward Ice Skating night was AAAAWWW-SOME!! I decided that night that my new passion in life is to become a figure skater, and I will do it. I PRACTICALLY did a 740. Although the landing was a little rusty, but that's nothing practice can take care of. ;) Cooper thought he was really good at ice skating but then every time I looked at him he almost fell. Props to Coop.

First of all, this just came to my mind. Although I am an American and should support President Obama, I was quite disappointed and upset that his speech took over the time of American Idol. I was patiently awaiting American Idol since last week and no, Obama just had to boot it off. I was livid, upset, demanding him to get off the effing TV. And on top of American Idol being over-looked, all the annoying stupid people kept standing up and clapping at every little thing Obama said, right in the middle of his sentences. Talk about annoying. I wanted to go sit on their shoulders, every single one of them, so they would just let the freaking man SPEAK! Hopefully huss and sian don't read this .. their love for Obama is more than anything. Creeps me out! ... Well now that that is out of my system, Life is grand:)

I did baptisms at the Logan temple for the first time every yesterday and I loved it. They have it down to a simple system over there and it's somewhat overwhelming for a first timer. I felt bad asking them where everything was but they are all so sweet and adorable, I wanted to talk to them. :) Bless their lovely kind hearts. :) I also get the chance to do baptisms at the Salt Lake temple on Friday! I've never been there either and it is my most favorite place to walk around. So SO pretty. I will get married in that temple one day. Hopefully sometime. :)

Jazz.. What a wonderful thing.

My roommate Nicole, formally known as Leona, was so kind to let me know that I haven't updated my blog for a couple of days. So here I be. Updating the Blog!

An insane amount of things have happened over the past week or so and I don't even know where to begin.. Wednesday was Dear Emily's birthday!! She's seriously the greatest person I have ever met and I probably don't tell her enough. She's absolutely beautiful and incredibly loving. I love her. A lot. A lot. So we took her to the Jazz and Lakers game for her birthday and by jolly, it was INTENSE! I thought for sure the Jazz would lose, not because I don't have faith in them, but merely because it was the Lakers they were playing. Plus we didn't have Boozer or Kirilenko and Williams wasn't doing too great in the free throws towards the end of the game. But I forigve him because me and D Will have the same birthday. June 26. Eat it. :) He's a lovely man. Caitlins parents were so kind as to get us VIP tickets for dinner and the half time snack. It was incredible! We even got this free Jazz hat when you first walked in. Talk about legit! The food was phenomenal and the company was even better. Nicole's cousin, Hayden, and one of the waiters that worked there became instant best friends. I believe his name was Rico? Alfred? Stephen? I don't remember.

We were so fortunate to also be sitting in the middle of a ton of Laker fans which was alright by Hayden and Sian. I'm pretty much positive that we were the only 6 in the whole section to be completely Sober. One Laker fan about 5 rows down from us, on the other hand, wasn't as fortunate. He got up and started yelling at the Jazz fans behind him saying, "Dumb Salt Lake, they eat snowballs. F you." It was quite hysterical. I mean come on, Snow balls?? Get real. That was so elementry and even at that, we would get introuble from the gound duites if we were caught eating snow. I was deprived as a child, I'm aware.

The outcome of the game was completely unexpected and so was what was to come. Sian got in a fight with an old man and I almost fell down the stairs I was laughing so hard. I would have taken a picture to document that moment and put it up, but I was a little preoccupied trying not to die and humiliate myself in front of thousands of people. Go Jazz!

Happy Valentines day to everyone! Single or taken. Sade had the lovely idea of having today be National NCMO day. Which I agreed. So from here on out, Valentines day is NCMO day as well. Go get 'em tiger.

When in Logan and it's cold... We get creative.

Logan, Ut 84321 tends to be a bit under the weather... all winter long. The weather here defiantly has PMS or something because you never know how nice or cold it will be outside. But we still love it. We find ways to keep our little body(s) warm in the death of this below freezing weather.
Way #1:
We like to sleep together. 'Nough said. :) When cold, we gather in dear little rascals, Candace Weller, bed to get warm and in this particular picture, catch a bit of shut eye snooze. Sadie, Nicole, and my hysterical self wanted to see what Candace would do when she came home and we were all sleeping in her bed. *BACKGROUND* Candace has the MOST COMFOTABLE BED THAT HAS EVER BEEN SLEPT ON IN THIS WORLD. Ok, maybe not ever, but it's pretty close. It's immensley ranked high on my list of most comfortable beds that I've slept on, and I've slept on my fair share of beds. Take that as you will. :) So while us 3 incredibly good-looking single women were trying to get warm on the comfy bed of doom, we all ended up falling asleep waiting for Candace. Mind you, we were laying in her bed for a good hour or so before she even got home. We didn't realize it would take her that long but then again, we didn't mind:) She walked in and started laughing, which woke me up.. Fiddle sticks. She franticly started to photograph us while chatting on the phone. (she's always on the phone) But long story short, it was AMAZING.

Way #2: Drink LOADS of hot chocolate or better yet, Gingerbread Carmel Steamers from the one and only Starbucks. Best thing yet. If you haven't tried one, you deserve to die. . :)

Way #3: Steal Caitlins space heater.

Way #4: Wear every article of clothing that happens to be in your closet. Then when you get warm you sing :" It's getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes, I am getting so hot I'm gonna take my clothes off":

Way #5: Just stop caring. Sometimes no matter what you do, you still FREEZE. so get over it.

So this is it. My dear friend Philip David Lemperle has left for the MTC today, Feb. 4, 2009. He is such a remarkable man. I'm very proud of everything he has accomplished and will accomplish in the mission field. He has always been able to put a smile upon the lovely face of mine. We had some hysterical times and I'm sad those will be postponed for a bit. I wish him well and all the luck and blessings. He is one of the most amazing
examples of a friend and example of Christ that I know. He'll do phenomenal and he'll touch peoples lifes in ways they can't even imagine. Thanks for your friendship Philip. I love you buddy!

Frankly, Sian is the best. at everything. She loves playing footsies with certain people. but all and all, she's a wonderful person.
